What We'll Do Together:

Ground - We'll begin by creating safety in the body through grounding practices and gentle breath awareness

Release - Through guided somatic breathwork, we'll move stuck energy, stress, and emotion out of your body—not through force, but through gentle release

Restore - We'll close with calming breath patterns and integration time, leaving you feeling regulated, centered, and at peace

This workshop is a sacred space for women to gather, breathe together, and give their nervous systems permission to finally rest.

  • A place to lie down (yoga mat, bed, couch)

  • Blanket and pillow for comfort
