Join this intimate group class series designed to gently reset your nervous system, calm your mind, and support you in creating more ease from the inside out.

This is your midweek exhale—your sacred pause to come home to yourself.

Together, we’ll explore breathwork, mindfulness, and grounding techniques that restore balance and help you navigate life with more resilience and clarity.

Each 40-minute session includes:
Gentle, calming breathwork
Grounding meditation and nervous system resets
A group oracle or affirmation card pull for collective insight
A supportive, sacred space to soften, reconnect, and receive

We meet once a week for three weeks:
